Mystiflow 2ae8ba0afc Various scoreboard improvements. (#2204)
- Correctly remove objectives that use heart type.
- Also sends remove score packets on server switch.
- Players are only removed if Team packet mode is 4.

BungeeCord

BungeeCord is a sophisticated proxy and API designed mainly to teleport players between multiple Minecraft servers. It is the latest incarnation of similar software written by the author from 2011-present.
